Customer response assistant

I have multiple Airbnb properties that I need to communicate with customers. This job does not that a lot of time but it require to be available on the phone most of the day with response time of less then an hour.

I am looking for a person how check their phone often with good communication skills.

This is a temp role that can lead to ongoing assistant.
