Data Entry in excel ( Mariani - Banco Pop)

i need to copy the data of these columns into an excel file: - "data cont" inside column A. Excel Format = Dates - "data valuta" inside column B . Excel Format = Dates - "a vostro debito" into column C. Excel Format = Numbers - "a vostro credito" into column D. Excel Format = Numbers I also need a check. So to check you correctly copy all the data, do this: - check the initial balance of a month( “saldo iniziale”) and the final balance of a quarter ( “saldo finale”) into pdf file. - create column F and call it “ balance” on excel and add another row before the first credit/debit amount with the initial +-balance ( saldo iniziale); - In the second row of column F insert the formula ( row 1 – addebiti + accrediti) ( translation is row 1 - (debit amount)+ (credit amount)) -. Do this for all the rows and match the value of the final balance in the documents. If the value are the same there are no errors IMPORTANT: - In italy commas (,) are for decimals and not points (.)! so please just use commas for decimals - In Italy point (.) is for thousands. Please don't insert the point into excel cell. ( for example if you have to insert 1.000,00 in excel you have to digit into the cell only 1000,00 and not 1.000) - In iTaly the dates are dd/mm/year i need this way of writing dates. DO NOT INSERT mm/dd/year - In Italy before 31/12/2001 there was Lira and not Euro.
