We have an existing Excel budget template that needs to be better built and be more flexible with adjustments and changes. This was built by an internal employee who is no longer available to help.
We need someone to review with the primary users of this tool and make changes tab by tab and section by section.
We are production management company and we produce meetings for corporate clients. We need to be able to list items that are subrented and easily mark those up as well as using labor both internal and outside labor with appropriate mark-ups being easy to apply.
We would like this in a template form which includes all or most of the often used items for easy tracking and recognition of margins for job costs, etc.
We want to be able to create deposit invoices as well as final invoices and have those indicate as such on the client versions.
The client versions of the budgets created in this template would be created as PDF with appropriate branding and client facing text, etc.
