We need to build a financial model for an area development of a fitness club. We will be building 8 locations in 5 years. First, the model should have projections for each location based on the start date of that location with cost consutuction it needs to project revenue and expenses based on various assumptions. I have created a model for the initial location that can we used as I guide for the location projections. Second the model should give us options on how to finance. Option 1 would be traditional bank financing. Option 2 will be GP/LP model. Option 2 would be to find a franchise and Option 4 should be a combinations.
