Excel / Word Makro to Print one sided instead of double, in colour and all pages stapled -- 2

Looking for a small script I can use in Micosoft Word and Excel. By default, all print settings are set by my company to print double-sided and in black and white with no staples. Occasionally we require single sided and in full colour with staples but as the IT admin has set double-sided and in black and white as default these settings need to be changed each time.
