Expense report admin assistant

Job Description:

I am looking for an experienced admin assistant to help me create business trip expense reports. The primary task is to create my expense reports on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and compliance. Additionally, I need assistance with organizing records and tracking all expenses. While I do not need someone to track expenses in real-time, I would need someone who can generate accurate weekly expense reports.

This position requires someone who is organized, keen to detail, and able to work autonomously. I prefer working within google drawings to organize receipts. Specifically, to overlay red circles over the receipt totals and add text labels over receipts, such as "dinner" or "room fee". If you're interested, please respond with a shareable link to a google drawing with a receipt in it. Also, freelancer should be comfortable creating some receipts when they are lost. Lost receipts will have a credit card transaction available as support.
