We currently are measuring campaign response and reporting campaign response via a multi-tab Excel spreadsheet that relies on Pivot Tables and Vlookups to take a list of results and measure and track program success. We are seeking to streamline this process and build something that can grow with our project.
We have 15 different clients feeding one reporting spreadsheet.
We receive a daily file of donations, that includes a unique ID number, a response data, an amount, a campaign code, and also flags anyone who has deceased, changed address or asked to no longer be solicited.
We would like to have an interface where we can enter mail date and cost per mailing and campaign name.
As shown in the image below, we use those data elements to do the following:
Track Campaign Cost
Track Cost per piece mailed
Track Number of Donations
Track Gross Income
Track Net Income
Track Cost Per Mailing
Track Donor Response Rate
Track Average Gift
Track Return on Investment
Track Cost Per Dollar Raised
We can provide the calculations for all those fields and/or the Excel sheet we use to help speed the process if you are selected.
We would then want to total all results for the campaign codes within a program as well as totals for the calendar year of all programs within each client.
We want a dashboard that allows us to see these results.
