Help in Visio: automatically popluate timeline from Excel database

I have a small task for Visio: I want to have an automatic connection between Excel data and a timeline in Excel.
The Excel gives a list of activities. Those need to be automatically connected to Visio as milestones on a timeline. They need to change when the source data in Excel change.
I use Excel and Visio 365.
