We are a yacht builder. I need a personal assistant for the following duties; 1. Get Digital & Print Media Advertising Media Kits from leading yachting magazines. 2. Get lead Database Subscription Details from leading wealth engine websites. 3. Other Administrative and Secretarial tasks. Must be competent with Excel & Word. Must be available 9AM to 5PM EST US time zone. Prior experience with yachting preferred. Must be english speaking. Will provide CRM & Skype Account. Getingt Digital & Print Media Advertising Media Kits from leading yachting magazines. 2. Getting lead Database Subscription Details from leading wealth engine websites. 3. Other Administrative and Secretarial tasks. 4. etc.. I am quite competent with Excel and Word. I have decent English and communication skills. Working hours from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm US Eastern Time suits me perfectly. I am available Monday to Saturday, to work on Full Time basis. My IT skills are quite decent. I have latest computer with 2-3 hours battery backup in case of power failure. Then a generator for back up is also available. As for my connectivity, have 2 internet broadband connections, the best there are in the market. Thus, I can remain connected with you, for full 8 hours of the day without interruptions.
