Virtual Assistant - Data Entry and Excel updating.

I need someone to create general User Names and Passwords for "Form" submissions on my site. Following that I need those form submissions to be entered into a Online Government website. That's it. Pretty basic. The form is long and I have small videos to help. You will not be required to make any payments just simple form entering/transcribing. Fluent English is a MUST! Not conversational. Need to record form submissions in a Excel spread sheet that I have. Job is small now to see if I can find a suitable freelancer. Once I do Form submission will hopefully come in more regularly for longer term and daily work. This job is for the data entry of 1-10 forms per day hopefully. A hour or two of work. If I can keep submissions coming in this can be for longer term daily work. I put the bid at a fixed price because submissions are not consistent. This is for one job and will re hire at same rate for other days. Once freelancer is proficient at job, enjoys it and the work I can give is consistent we can adjust job as necessary. Thanks!
