I am having a lot of problems running code that works as expected in Excel 2010 and below, but not in Excel 2013 and above. I believe the problems are related the SDI introduced in Excel 2013
As a simple example, create a new workbook and insert the procedure Test() found at the end of this message.
Save the workbook as a macro enabled workbook.
Run Test() under Excel 2010 or below, and ThisWorkbook will be active at the conclusion of Test().
Run Test() under Excel 2013 or 2016 and this [login to view URL] will be active at the conclusion of Test().
What can be done to make this workbook active at the conclusion of Test() when run under Excel 2013 or 2016?
I have a large application that has similar problems. I am looking to hire an expert to help me fix them. Anyone who can provide a solution to make Test() work as expected under Excel 2013 and 2016 will be considered.
