Entrepreneurial, Experienced, & Multi-Functional Executive Admin - long-term
Budget $2-8 USD / hour
We are a small, and growing, MNC with about 12 Teammates across the globe (US, Liberia, India, Cameroon, Kuwait, Pakistan). Each of us on our Team are very entrepreneurial and hardworking. Our compensation is an hourly stipend and our ‘real’ money comes from 34% of company profits fairly shared among the team based on clear metrics.
Our focus is developing and marketing technology providing value to our customers and recurring-revenue to the company. High margin, high volume, long-term monthly-recurring-revenue, is the goal of each of our ventures. Currently we provide telecom to several small/mid-sized hotels in the US, and are developing a telecom product targeted for Africa.
We work whenever is best for each of us and our teammates - all towards results. Depending on the position, there are certain mandatory hours & meetings. Other than that we are able to work 24x7, are generally available 24x7, and log/track our hours using Monitask.

Your primary responsibility will be to greatly reduce the administrative and operational workload while greatly increasing his effectiveness. This is a key and long-term position that can be demanding and at times unstructured. You will need to bring structure, professionalism, and calm to the full Team.
Essential requirements are:
1. Honest, committed, optimistic, motivational, self-starting professional who leads by example.
2. Ability to speak up openly and ‘challenge’ ideas and processes when needed
3. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
4. Highly organized and structured; excellent ability to document processes, minutes, notes, actions, & plans
5. Ability to make and receive calls (we will provide softphone) on behalf of CEO (no sales calls),
6. Ability to organize and draft emails, documents, etc. and organize files/folders
7. Ability to manage our CEO’s work and home calendars, emails, and support projects
8. Daily availability between 7:30am and 12:30pm EDT (GMT-4) and general availability 24x7 as needed
9. Proficient with google docs, google drive, MS office, etc.
10. Good PC/laptop, internet connection, and professional home office environment
Compensation, in addition to the quarterly-share, is $2 USD per hour, as logged in Monitask, for the first quarter, followed by review and increase.
