I need somebody to estimate the fair value price of DM Wenceslao's shares by applying the Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) methods and to determine the market value of unallocated land. Finally, compare the fair value price with the price of the initial public offering (IPO) and decide whether to buy the stock or not. The analysis must be done from 2018 to 2022, using 2018 as the base year (present).
