Dynamic Flash charting element

This project is for a dynamic flash charting element. Essentially its based on two datasets. The first one is daily integers over the past three years. The flash component must take this string and display it in two ways - the first being a yearly line chart as the second being a pie chart with the yearly averages. The source for this will be a flashvar.

In addition to this two stock feeds will be integrated into the site to display current stock values. This can be sourced directly via http to get the results in csv.

All design elements will be supplied in psd form. Please see the attachment for an example.

The summary is:

- incorporate the line chart values

- incorporate the pie chart

- set automatic colour index based on values set in vars at the beginning of the actionscript

- possible incorporation of stock information (FTSE) based on rss feed

- roll-over showing the values in a popup of both the pie chart section and the line chart graph

- current year value relative to the year – so you can see its progress to the new year

- all dynamic scaling elements so that in the forthcoming years the chart will change automatically

- actionscript 2.0 based

- the pie chart segments to animate in a elastic band manner just off of the main chart

- the line charts to quickly draw on the screen (speed set by a variable) working from first year to last year.

- pie chart to show up after the line charts in a quick fade (speed set by a variable)
