Asset Service Mobile App

I need a clean, reliable mobile app that lets my customers log in on both iOS and Android, see every detail about their equipment, and interact with our service team in real time. Once signed in, they must be able to: • view full asset specifications, current status, and the complete maintenance history pulled from our existing system • report a breakdown instantly (photos, brief notes, location captured automatically) • create or update job bookings and then review the PDF service reports we upload after each visit Push notifications are essential. The app should remind users when scheduled maintenance is coming up, confirm a job’s completion, and nudge them about any bookings they have made. I will supply API endpoints and branding assets; you deliver the cross-platform codebase (Flutter or React Native is fine), a straightforward UI/UX prototype for sign-off, compiled builds ready for TestFlight and Google Play testing, and brief hand-over documentation so my in-house team can maintain the project. The job is complete when the app: – installs on current versions of iOS and Android without crashes – authenticates securely against our backend – displays accurate asset data in the three sections above – sends the three notification types on schedule or on event trigger – submits and stores breakdown/job data reliably If this scope is clear and you have recent examples of similar work, I’m ready to start.
