Website requirement

I would like to create a website for my own business on online training. I would like to keep front-end part (User flow) to look like [login to view URL] to start with. In backend I would like to populated list of companies offering job in area the user is getting trained in. I should be able to post companies with certain requirement (say Java), once someone goes to training page of java he/she should be able to see the companies hiring in Java domain and vice versa. Similar kind of functionality is available with [login to view URL] where in jobs section if I click on company name all the roles offered by particular company are populated in left.
