rugby computer game

I want to make a rugby mobile game. the graphics is not important, similar graphics to the Jonah lomu game from the 90s on the original playstation. ideally I would like this game to be cross platform (mobile, ps5, Xbox and pc). but at the moment a mobile game would be fine. I want it to be multiplayer as well. includes coaching staff and player development, budgets. this initial game would focus of the international side of the game with a view to having the club's included on later versions. also include lions and barbarians. fixed price negotiable. further details to be discussed
