I'm in need of an office assistant residing in Pune who can support me with managing emails, scheduling appointments, and help in daily activities. The role will require 50 hours of work per week. Key responsibilities: - Responding to emails and managing my inbox - Scheduling appointments and managing my calendar - Assisting in daily activities and other office related tasks as needed The ideal candidate for this role will have: - Proven experience in managing emails and scheduling - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Strong organizational skills - Previous experience in customer service would be a plus Candidate has to be from Pune, India Your ability to prioritize tasks, communicate efficiently, and maintain a high level of confidentiality will be critical for this role. A proactive approach and attention to detail is also highly valued.
