I would need to know word count, rather than page count, to give a completely accurate bid. My rates are 0.5 cents/word for developmental edits (high-level issues like plot holes and character motivation and whether something is feasible), and 1 cent/word for line edits -- going line by line through the story, making sure everything works and makes sense and is grammatically correct. So if your story is 25,000 words, I'll be able to do a combined developmental and line edit for $375.
