Chrome Plugin Build

I have a Google Chrome extension that a programmer has stopped working on and I need the following; Take over the project from the Current Programmer using source code he sent. Add the features; Side Bar Pop-Out Turn Plug in On Off Allow Recording of Browsing Using Databse for "Profiles" the Extension user visit in the social media space. (We are grabbing Emails on the profile) Add simple web scrape function the Results coming from the Social Profile name and Email associated with that.
