1. Mock the formfields to create a lot of them from poliza.dart. 2. Wrap two or three into ExpansionTile widtets. 3. Wrap them into groups of ExpansionTiles and for each group wrap them into a Card. 4 Put one card into each page on temp.dart. 5. In the last page put the send button and the form should validate all the fields and save it. If your work is ok you should be able to clear the form and it will erase all the fields. Good luck.
