T-shirt Graphic Artist/Designer

Looking for a creative person who can create artistic T-shirt designs for me. I’m not familiar with how designs are created… whether it is by hand or by some computer software program… but I’m not really interested in knowing how it is done. I just need someone who is creative and skilled enough to take my very descriptive instructions of what I’m looking for and then create a master piece. Most of the t-shirt designs will be fairly easy (slogans with basic animation) and the ones that will be a little more complicated should be fairly easy to do for someone who has the kind of artistic skill I am looking for. I’m very detailed and know exactly what I want…….. so I’m looking for someone who can follow instruction well and someone who is willing to communicate with me via email, Skype or phone EFFECTIVELY. Also need unlimited revisions. I cannot work with someone who responds to emails/texts 3 days after I send a message. I am looking for the PERFECT business partnership… someone where I can count on to be available and responsive…. Even if it’s an email that says, “I’m sorry… I will respond back with details tomorrow.” I can’t deal with someone who is avoiding me that I am paying. I need an ARTISTIC, CREATIVE, PROFESSIONAL who knows how to COMMUNICATE. If that is you, please attach samples. People who bid with no samples attached are automatically deleted. I want a good, solid partnership that I can rely on to be creative, patient……. someone who is a team player and understands that I have a certain vision in my head …….and who can handle me wanting changes to projects if they aren’t to my liking. I have several t-shirt ideas in my head so this would be a freelancing gig that will continue as long as the ideas continue to come to my head and the graphic designs are satisfactory. I would prefer to pay per final copy of each design, not per hour. I am on a B U D G E T .... but I do pay each time, on time! By sending me any artwork, you transfer the ownership and all rights to the artwork to me and will receive not royalties from the images. You are hired to create the art, and once it’s sent to me it’s mine for use in any manor I see fit. Anything that is sent that is part of your past portfolio is not included in this, but anything you send me that is part of the project will be. Basically, I’m hiring you to design for me and the art you create becomes my property.
