4775 Text around a circle

Hoping this is a simple project for someone with good skills in photoshop. I need to have the words eightball clothing go around the image provided. I would like the word eightball to go up the one side and the clothing to go down on the other in a perfect circle motion. I would like to have the e from eightball and the g from clothing to be perfectly aligned. Also if possible would like to see how eightball on top and clothing on the bottom in a half circle motion would look. I tried both myself although it looked ok it didn't look perfect and professional. Hoping someone here can make it perfect and professional looking. Please use the picture provided. I hope I explained this good if not let me know any questions.
