Need a virtual assistant who will be about to run the administration portion of my business. The company is called: USA Greeks ([url removed, login to view]) is the URL.

Your responsibilities:

- Data analysis/entry into Excel, Word or other computer programs

- Research using the Internet or other information databases

- Outbound calling to clients, vendors or others

- Travel planning and coordination

- Email management

- Other miscellaneous tasks that can be performed online

- Must be accessible, online and on Elance Work View during agreed-upon office hours

- And other tasks as assigned.

Your qualifications:

- Speak Great English

- Be a self-starter (not ask lots of questions)

- Able to communicate well on the phone, our live chat, or email.

- Know how to google to find answers

- Work without being managed - be an independent thinker

- Previous experience as an administrative assistant preferred

- Broadband Internet connection

- Strong understanding of Internet and online communication tools

- Ability to multitask and take on multiple projects

- Ability to meet deadlines

- Strong communications skills and attention to detail a must

- A complete Elance profile

- References or an established reputation on Elance preferred

Please place a bid for your hourly rate. The work required is:

Telephone Calls: Answering our business telephone # during business hours: Mon-Fri from 9-5. Majority of these calls are from customers looking for their order. Some may be mad they haven’t received their order yet so you will need to have a pleasant and professional way of communication.

Customer Order Inquiry: You will have access to our ordering system so you can look up individual orders and check the status on them. Access permissions will not allow any financial changes (refunds or such), you will send me that in a daily report. We use Volusion for our ecommerce system, so you must be familiar or able to learn quickly.

Online Chat: Our online chat from our website will be monitored by you. You will follow phone procedures for the chat (i.e. if someone wants an order status).

Email: Customers will email with issues. Same process as the online chat and phone. Look the order up and provide information accordingly.

Social Media: We have several business facebook pages. You will have to interact, reply to comments left. Also, customers will inquire about order through the facebook fan page, so you have to reply accordingly.

Multimedia Design: You will have to be proficient with Adobe Cloud. When we receive new products in, we will photograph them and send them to you for editing. You will edit to our standards (will send later)

Web Design: We are going to start adding new content to our Volusion web site so you will need to know web design. I will send you new requirements for pages on our site for you to do.

Powerpoint: On occasion we’ll need you to do Office-type work such as Powerpoint and Word docs. Will need you to research relevant topics and put the presentation together. Also make visual poster graphics that we can print on display boards here.
