1. I need a website for my small business. 2. I know (roughly) what I want and I need someone to help me do it. 3. I am fairly computer literate but with no time to learn the joomlas, wordpresses,HTMLs, etc. of this world and this is where I need help. 4. The website that I would like to build is relatively simple - 5-6 pages (Home, About Us, Services, Resources, Clients, Contact Us). The Service page will have a dozen of 'sub-pages' with a paragraph or two for each service. Relatively simple for the expert freelancers on this site I am sure. 5. Pages should be editable (CMS) but there will be no dynamic content (e.g. web shop, etc) except the contact page (inclusive of Captcha type of security). The Resources pages will have external links and links to small-size documents stored on the server 6. I already have a logo so the site should be designed around the colour scheme / ‘feel’ – I will be guided by your creativity. 7. I need to site to be SEO optimised – or whatever the lingo is for making the site highly visible/searchable by search engines 8. I require full and exclusive copyright of the finished work 9. I would also appreciate advice on any of the requirements that I may have missed in the description above (‘hey, did you think about….) 10. I will need advice and assistance for uploading the site on one of the hosting services based in Australia (my preference on this one). 11. The photos provided (by me) may need to be photoshopped a bit to make them look a bit more professional (I don’t expect a photo galore – perhaps a dozen photos in total to be used across the website). 12. I will provide text, logo original photographs (no stock photos) 13. I will need some instructions/guidance on how to upload pages and change/add content in the future.
