This should look like an graphic designed Website with Flash Animations ( done by you / Full Flash) in different <DIV's> organized and designed by different Screen Resolutions. It should be a clear and easy look over different Online Casinos and their Bonusses. Under each Casino - wich i set up with an Refferal Link - by an Admin Lounge - should be the possible to write Comments (selfmade Script - nothing on my side should be 3rd Party).. All this - written in an CMS System... 1. Open CMS Select 2. Write Sites and Flash Animations 3. Preload Video loaded on visiting my Page with Preloading Cache Images / Animations ect... Loading Screen! (Impressing One with Music, Animations) 4. User Registration with "username", "full and last Name", "e-mail adress", "Full Adress" and at least a Guest Login - with NO Comment /Chat or View Winning Images function on Guests... 5. Admin area - where i can add Casinos with an ID Image, and Description, Rating, and Comment "on / off" Funktion, Review option, also an special Bonus section.. (Different Bonusses, should get be sorted by Wager, BonusAmount ect) also with adding an Affiliate Link as hyperlink 6. Live Chat Function in one of the Main <DIVs> with short messages ( selfmade Script) 7. Best Winning Image Upload Section - Only Registered Users - to let the others see what they got. 8. Forum integration at the Menue - but also into the Designed Flash Site (no Popup to Free 3rd Party Service).. (Open Source Forum) 9. Affilliate Programm for my Site - something like Banner Exchange 1:5-6 for Webmasters... 5-6 shows of my Banners there - 1 to show Theirs on my Site) / A way to Deposit Money on my Paypal - to get a Special Banner or so... set up at any Pages .. also be able to get setted up in Admin area. 10. Contact Form with an working German ue, ae, oe, like ü ä ö in response and writing from and to my users. 11. Newsletter Function in my Admin area (Free Text System, and HTML mail Funktion) to all registered Users 12. Resolution CSS which gets selected by "Browser and Resolution Detection" to get best Results, also an Choice should be available if it doesnt fit - with Cookie save for the next Visit (Ure choice whats the best way to fix these Problems) This is an very workfull Freelancer Project. I dont have any Time problems - take the time you need. You will get full access to my Webserver, FTP, Database System. You should be Able to: Write Flash Animations, Create Graphics for these , be able to programm PHP, HTML, JAVA, Flash, Cookies and all needed to finish this Project. Iam willing to get 2 more Person into it if Needed --- so - there should be the possiblillity to Speak, Teamview, Scype or Videochat internationally with English or German Language Support (each of one or both), u should have already setted up an Database, also MySQL is needed. If i give you an Picture of what it should look like, you shoud be able to create an Resolution Set of CSS for this Flash Site.. This Project does not need to be finished in the "fastest way" - it should be and get done by the way i can affort it next to my job. !!!! So iam looking for Cheap but Good People.
