Redesign of Existing Site - Powerpoint Mockup already made - $1000-$1250 - 1 month timeline

THIS SITE NEEDS TO BE READY TO BE LAUNCHED WHEN FINISHED (payment portal functioning correctly, database functioning correctly, email messages connected successfully, etc.) Mockup has been created via powerpoint (file will be provided once project is awarded) Website has been built. Website is currently “parked” I am searching for a UI / Web designer that can take a SaaS website with basic coding and database already designed and optimize the usability of the entire site. This project will also need a graphic redesign to make the site very pleasant to work with. Freelancer will have access to source code via server. Total needs are: a. Test the current website/software to point out necessary fixes and fix the bugs a. Current issues include email connection to server email addresses b. Fix any issues with the database, ensure database is working correctly c. Password Reset Option Needed d. Home page should be 1 scrolling page. e. Two websites to use as an example are [login to view URL], and www.sweetprocess.com. These websites are very pleasant and easy to work with. Our home page should be something similar to these sites as well as login/register process, payment processing and “Dashboard” where projects are saved. Project should be kept simple to begin with. a. Our “Project Creation” page is layed out nicely. I like the 1 page simplicity. f. Make sure all back end messaging (i.e. when a message is sent to us through our “Contact Us” page, that the customer receives an email stating that we received their message. The site throughout will need this updating). This will require thoughtful execution from a UI professional. Examples include i. When the user’s free 14 day trial is up, the popup message should read: “Thanks for trialing our website! To continue, please select a payment plan. Not signing up? Please tell us where we missed the boat by sending feedback to (email address)” ii. For our team to award this project, the UI designer will assist in the messaging on the home page and throughout the site’s experience. g. Make the website a secure ecommerce platform where we can accept credit card and paypal payments from our customers to our paypal account h. Insert a Linkedin Button on the home page i. Timer portion of the project creation page should be replaced with a limit of 1000 words per answer.
