Good to see that now people are worried about the road environment. And therefore, to file a complaint against municipality there will be an app.
-After launches the app, the user's location on Map with additional information will automatically set on the app. User can upload pics with location when they put complain. Complaint registered by the user will be redirected to Municipality, Ministry and Corporate of that area? So, will the app make them an addition? Please confirm
-To register a complain user need to be Sign In to the app? then they can get the authority for a membership of the app, which will be approved by the app. Please confirm
- For Help Desk, dealing with users queries and issues that rise in Potholes, Street lights etc. From opposite side, this feature will have a resource intended to provide the customer or end user with information and support related to the queries or issues. Since the app's cloud will store an amount of information about their users, leads, products etc. Pls clarify.
-Two portals, one for general users and another for municipality who can use the app. And like general user, also municipality can register a complain report. Pls confirm.
But the little bit of confusion is how will they get resolution about their problem and how does that solve? Please clarify.
