I have a small avatar gif that I would like to have cleaned up so it can be scaled to at least 600x600 and be clean and clear looking with the animation intact and also clear and free of distortion. I'd like the edges cropped all the way to the edge of the gray border as well. It's beyond me to improve this and I've lost 5 hours of my life to this that I will never get back before I have surrendered and sought to hire one of you. The avatar in question is attached, currently in .psd format. Thank you.
