CMS offers a completely customizable and thorough approach to the recruitment, pre-employment screening, and hiring processes. CMS features integrated job postings, unlimited online interviewing, unlimited online testing, access to integrated background check and drug screening services, and much more!" We are looking for a developer who can create the backend client portal, candidate portal, and administrator portal. We need the ability to instantly post to major job boards given the job boards provide their API. We need the ability to safely secure SSN and other personal information as well as collect and process payment information. We need the job postings to have an embedded code so that the client can post their vacancies on their website; the candidate will also need to store his or her resume/information on the database in order to easily apply to other jobs. We need an automated online interviewing application developed as well as online testing. We also need a scheduling feature to allow the client to propose interview/appointment times and the candidate accept or modify the proposed time. Other features include interview notes, resume parsing, reports and analytics, and API background check/drug screen result integration. Note this is not an all-inclusive list.
