Build a boot up animation for android devices

Android uses a two stage start up video which shows a short animation followed by an animation loop. I have specific details as to how the animation should look along with the logo which will be the center of the animation. The animation should follow the below stages: 1. Start with the RCT letters of the logo fading in at the center of the screen 2. 4 bright objects should be seen coming from the distance 3. These objects should zoom forward with a circular pattern getting bigger as they approach the letters RCT 4. The 4 lights should follow the path of the lines around RCT in the logo image provided and form the objects seen in the logo when they stop 5. The full logo should then fade in to end the first part of the animation 6. The tagline 'INNOVATION BEYOND LIMITS' and logo should then glow and dim in a loop until the device boots up. Required files: 1. Video mp4 2. Image of each frame 3. Android boot file format (whatever that is)
