To build a WordPress site. Please read all before bidding The site is called mortgageadvicecentre.co.uk. It will represent my brand and be simple and user friendly. The aim of the site is to attract local geographical traffic and capture mortgage leads from surrounding areas as well as nationally. I am only interested in UK visitors. I have the logo already so the site needs to compliment the logo/brand. Must have good access to call to action pop up's or contact forms. The site once built cannot go live until it has be approved by the UK compliance team, and this may mean a few reviews and changes along the way - normally to the wording. Site will need full submission to major search engines, and on site SEO to targeted key words and phrases is required such as headings, Meta tags, and be easily crawled by google, bing and yahoo. Here are a few things that are important to this job, and i need to know you are happy with these requirements before I award the job. Please do not bid if you cannot include this in your price The website I need is to capture mortgage leads from a geographical based audiance in the uk so onsite SEO is vital as part of the web build. I need to get to search engine page 1 for some key phrases like 'mortgage advice braintree' 'mortgage advice essex' etc (i know continual SEO will be needed as a seperate job for this) here are some examples of sites i like that you can take inspiration from https://www.landc.co.uk. I am looking to do as little work as possible on the site and would need the web developer to come up with as much content for each page (around 10 pages). You would need to be creative and imaginative and take inspiration from other similar UK mortgage broker sites. I would like the site to have a live chat function. The site will need some basic mortgage calculators - e.g how much can i borrow? how much will it cost me? how much stamp duty to pay (property tax in uK)? Ideally the candiate for the job will have SEO skills and be upto date with google algorithms so that I can re-employ for additonal SEO work, building backlinks etc. Very Important - Due to the nature of UK mortgage compliance there all material has to be approved before it can go live and from my experience it takes a few rounds of submisison of work to compliance network and changes/ammendments can be made. Of course simple things like changes to wording I can update myself however there may be larger scale changes needed along the way. So you need to be patient with this project as final completion and going live will take longer than your estimate for building the site. Once site is live it would be helpful if you have SEO skills and time so that we can discuss a monthly SEO plan as a follow up job.
