Build a Website for New 3d business

I am looking to have a web site build and designed that will tailor to mothers, parents, ect.. its a custom model baby site. we need a site that looks and feels a little like [login to view URL] from the perspective of colors and design (we think) and when a customer wants to purchase our goods, they will need to create an account (quick create-email name then verify ect..) when they log in, the user needs to have a small workspace where each user has an unique workspace to chat with the person working on their project. the workspace needs an area to have instructions for users how to take pictures to send in the models. It also needs an upload area to send us their pictures. One a user uploads their pictures the employee will evaluate their images and if all looks good, the employee sends the customer an email with the 3 images of their model, if they like it they hit (love it! or Retouch) if they hit Retouch, they need to add some comments as to what they want fixed. (then until the customer is ready they communicate back and forth in the workspace) Very much like fiveer has. one the customers selects Love it! this takes them to the checkout at shopify and they can select the size model shipping ect.. The workspace need to have some way to identify a number to the model/workspace so they if the customer has a created model and would like other family members to buy one too, they can have a link that takes them to a view only of the images fo the model, and an option to buy, and create an account. The site will need a few videos of how the process is. I also really like how this company setup their site too:[login to view URL] because we dont have many products what we provide is a service and we offer the end product in different sizes and prices this above site maybe be a better template to follow?
