Build website mockups with me for my uninspired developer to copy with code

[login to view URL] (nothing on the domain currently - that's what you're going to help me with) - I'm making a video game boosting site (customers pay us to play on their accounts to get them to higher levels) and while our developer is full stack, he is not creatively gifted, and wants me to get him mock-ups for him to copy with code. Your responsibilities would be to work with me, using my guidance and your own creativity to help bring to life a clean, professional, minimalist website, and all that may entail.
To start things off we will need a logo and your creative guidance in making our site. Pay is negotiable for all serious applicants (hourly, or per project).
