Concept Art

I am working on a concept for an alternate reality game and require an initial single scene to be created for use on promotional material and holding website. The final image must be high resolution. This opportunity could allow for future works of a similar nature as more material is required. The scene required should show: 1. A living room for a high rise apartment - Extremely run down, dirty, wooden floorboards exposed, minimal furniture and any furniture shown should also be aged, dirty, slightly damaged over time 2. At the far right hand side of the room, in the corner, should stand a computer desk, upon which are three monitors in a row, and to the right of these stands a desktop computer. On top of the desktop computer should be a stack of routers and a mess of cables. A keyboard and mouse should be sat on the desk in front of the monitors. The monitors should be turned on but the screens should only show white light. There should be a computer chair, but no person sat on it or present in the room. 3. A single window on the right hand wall, with no curtains/blinds, should show an outside scene of only a deserted street, with a single street light, illuminated. It should be dark outside, and only the glow of the streetlight shows the road / pavement below. It is raining outside, which should be shown in some form to set atmosphere. 3. Lighting - The room should be fairly dark, lit only by the monitors, flashing lights on the computer and routers, and a single lamp positioned elsewhere in the room (perhaps a side table located to the left of a sofa). There should be a light bulb hanging from the ceiling in the middle of the room, with no shade or decoration, but it should not be turned on. 4. General feel - The scene should depict a lonely, cold and run down apartment living room, the prime focus in the room should be the computer desk and setup in the corner. The overall look of walls, furniture and equipment is run down, aged, and not well maintained. There should be general mess around the room, including old takeaway containers, discarded pizza boxes, plates and mugs - especially around the keyboard and mouse on the computer desk. Think isolated computer hacker.. I am happy for the selected artist to bring their own creative spin and ideas to the above, providing it meets the overall criteria specified.
