The contest page will be designed to require the visitor to submit email address to place a vote and enter the contest. The page will also include a fraud prevention feature such as limiting entries per IP address, or email verification, (FB authentification is a plus) to validate each submission/vote Additional features to be included are mobile responsive design, page sharing on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and email capture via CSV or emails added directly to Google Sheet -- programming to integrate with SendGrid is a plus.) A pop up Thank you page is also needed.
Contest Landing Page, Lead Capture and Voting in Square Space
The Contest Landing Page will display three charities to vote on. Each vote that occurs equates to one dollar that the company is going to donate to that charity. The company will donate a maximum of $250 per charity.
In order for someone to vote for a charity, they will have to fill out a form first. The form will ask for: Name, Email and Question about caregiving.
The email field will be set to one entry per email. Once the form is filled out, a vote button will appear and people can vote on their favorite one. The vote restriction will be set to one vote only per IP address. After successfully voting, the participant will be told Thank You and be encouraged to share to help their charity get more votes.
