Convert existing website to "responsive" code and other small changes

1. Make site responsive.
2. Substitute included [login to view URL] for white background on all pages.
3. Improve design of [login to view URL]
4. Make all fonts embedded.
5. Make all style sheets and scripts load from SMG website. Avoid Google, Bootstrapcdn and other foreign domain api's.
6. Make fonts and style of the right-hand side of the included Contact form in “hello” folder consistent with the rest of the site and make sender’s phone number, NOT a required field. Relocate [login to view URL] to website root and delete any unneeded “hello” code/folders.
8. Improve\enlarge picture drop shadow. Center company address and Privacy Policy link below the home page picture:
9. Justify and space the SMG logo and Equal Housing Opportunity logo on each page so that they are not outside the width of the picture frame on the home page. Add small social media link icons for Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter at the bottom of each page.
