Hello,
I am looking for an all-around dedicated and reliable personal Virtual Assistant at a good price. I want this to be a one on one thing, NOT AN AGENCY. The main job you would have at the start would be to organize my “To-Do” list, and manage my Google Calendar inputting important dates, deadlines and alerts.

I find that I do not have much time to keep an accurate account of all the things on my to do list and random deadlines for items I want done.
What I will need done right now:
I will need:
- “To-Do” list professionally created, and if there are any deadlines to be inputted into my calendar.
-**Every evening at 9 pm Pacific Standard Time I would like an email mailed to me with a printable document in a “Check List” format that basically states “this, this, and this needs to be done tomorrow.”
-**Every Sunday morning by 10 am Pacific Standard Time I would like an overarching “To-Do” list for the WEEK to come and a snapshot of the month ahead.
-So, 1 list every night, one bigger list on Sunday morning.
What my VA WILL be capable of doing:
-MUST be able to communicate via “Whatsapp” and Gmail (GOOGLE is preferred being that is where I keep much of my Documents and emails.)
-MUST be able to listen to my voice messages via “whatsapp” messenger and add all the items I sent over for the day into the calendar AND add them to my upcoming to-do lists specified above.
-MUST be English speaking and eventually be able to answer the phone and speak with clients when I am not available (This is not an immediate request but will be needed eventually)
-Must be able to read my college syllabus’s with assignment and important dates and add to calendar/to do lists.
-MUST be a free thinker and add value to my business and personal life, I need help getting organized.
-Sending birthday cards, house anniversary cards, Christmas/Holliday cards
-Manage Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram account
-Send confirmation emails for appointments
-Research travel items for me as needed. Flights, hotels, activites. Etc.
Not required but it would be nice:
-Someone able to operate my MLS.
-Able to perform a CMA.
-Able to write and design local blog content and post things to social media accounts.
- Research property deed/ tax information for a property.
**These will be sent in a voice message that I request you only need to check once a day and add to our Calendar/List.
I am on a tight budget, I need a VA that will not charge me an hour to input two items into a calendar and send me an email. I would like you to be reasonable on the price, and honest, I understand the first month will require a few extra hours to get us up and running, but this job will not take more than 2-3 hours a week (for right now). If you look really promising I will pay you a small startup amount to show my dedication. We will keep a running amount and I will pay you at the end of every week or however the interval you wish to be paid. I have worked with a few “2hr VA Agencies” and they were ok, but I am willing to pay more for a more dedicated one on one assistant. All items other than the daily calendar/to do list, everything else will be on an as needed request and you can bill me accordingly.
I really would like someone I can have help grow my business with, and as things progress I have no issue with paying you more and adding more hours to your workload as needed.
