Janikin Energy is a specialist recruitment company that provides manpower and international workforce solutions within the energy sector. Since our establishment, we have honed our global brand by building an international network of strategic partners and professionals who operate across 24 countries. Our 16 regional offices have provided Janikin Energy with a global reach whilst maintaining our strong local knowledge. Supporting the drive for cleaner energy is a cornerstone of our business. Our dedicated Renewables Team are focused on delivering crucial hires and promoting the expansion and development of projects in Solar, Wind and Hydropower.
Our goal is to produce a consistent body of materials (templates for Linkedin, welcome packs for employees, external client documents and reworking the design of our website) all of which would reflect our company vision and values. A lot of our work revolves around empowering groups often overlooked for a job such as women or the local members of a developing country such as Uzbekistan, Bangladesh, and Saudi Arabia. As pioneers of the recruitment industry, we are always expanding and breaking into new markets and countries. We work on cutting edge construction facilities across power, petrochemicals and green hydrogen and mobilise our personnel to countries that most manpower suppliers are unable to conduct business in.
We are looking for someone to capture these values and our vision into a visual representation that can be carried through our marketing strategy whether it is on Linkedin, our website or the external documents that we send to our clients. Successful design concepts would draw on the fact that we are an international, empowering, technologically forward-thinking business that is also underpinned by traditional values such as being people-centric and environmentally conscious.
Companies whose image we admire include Earthstream and RO as their colour scheme is consistent and their values are encapsulated in all the marketing content they produce. Colour schemes that we are currently interested in include purple and green or purple and yellow. The attached files shows our disparate company image across three platforms: our website, Linkedin and our Brochure. Ideally, we would like a style and design concept that ties all of these aspects together. Please reach out to us with your portfolios.
