Design a family discussion app

I want an mobile app that will help families having a discussion or debate. There are a lot of apps out there that are for formal debate but this one will be geared specifically for family or relationship discussions. It will be simple and easy to use but also offer several different options. Some key elements will be:
-Ability to enter participant names
-Members will take turns talking. When passed to the next participant you will press a button to show who is talking
-Talk time can be set to a limit with a timer or unlimited
-App will have optional audio recording of conversations with timestamp
-App will store total number of discussions, with personal data for each participant including amount of time talking and volume level.
This could be useful for therapists/counselors to help individuals and families with relationships and communication.
