Design me a Product

I am an amateur collector of American history and I want to develop a personal collection for the selected monuments on the attachment. We need to develop designs for monuments replicas (figure statues), the 15 designs must follow the same line on the style and need to use the same materials to be produced, so it is very important to considerate and understand the two stages of the project. I will recruit at least 3 designers for the first stage of the project and choose only one for the second stage, the most important requirements on the design are: originality, quality and simple process of manufacturing FIRST STAGE (budget $500) 1) First drafts of monuments replicas, size 6x6x6inches (max), the designer could prepare from 2 to 3 drafts and design styles. The designer will be paid just for the digital renders of the designs and I will choose just one design to move forward. IMPORTANT: the chosen designer will sign a non-disclosure agreement and must resign the copyrights of the designs to move to the following stage SECOND STAGE (budget $1.500) 2) To bring the designs into physical replicas, the designer should present the following specifications. • Material specifications for the production, we can 3D printing the prototypes and molds, but need to use high quality materials for the real replicas • Manufacturing specifications, budgets and details for the production. For consideration: the materials used to produce each figure must not cost more than $150 –just the materials– it does not considerate the molds or another cost on the production process
