I would like to make something similar, with the same features of being able to upload templates for users that they can then modify and download as their own. Also need to be able to take payment from them. also look at what is entailed when paid for the premium version. Happy to use whatever platform we need to make this happen. please have a good look at the website, as It is detailed, I will proivde the URL and hosting as required.
