Employee Template Access Database

Looking to have an Access Database created that lists all company assets that are distributed to new employees. A front end form will be needed to select which company, department, and position the employee will be hired for, which in turn will list all the assets that need to be deployed for that employee. The back end needs a nice interface to add new assets when needed, and be able to configure what assets should show up for each job position selected.
