Agenda & Voting App UX/UI and consulting for features. The aim: A group of people create agenda for their upcoming meeting How: Everyone can add topic to the agenda and vote on the topic they want to include Result: A list of topics, prioritized based on the voting of the group Flow: The initiator create a new meeting invite people from contacts Meeting title Meeting place Meeting date time (start/end) Add “fix” Must Have topics to the Agenda - optional Add E-Mail reminder to participants - recommended 24h before the meeting to add topics & 15 minutes before meeting start Set up the X - how many votes each participant has The participants can add topics to the agenda The participants can vote for topics - each participant has X votes (X parameter that the initiator can decide on when setting up the meeting) Send Reminder emails Send app notifications Before meetings When people add topics When people vote for topics The initiator can Create / Delete / Edit meetings Maybe send a link that will link the participants to a website (if they do not have the app) Participants to be able to edit their votes Participants, can they erase their own topics? Integration: add to calendar - iCal, Google, Outlook
