Graphic design of a building

I would like an illustration of a Class A office property in an urban market or a skyline of multiple commercial properties to be the main exhibit in a single PowerPoint slide.
The illustration would present an "opportunity set" of various areas in which connectivity and real estate converge, including the basement, the "riser", the roof, the fiber on the streets leading to the building, some form of fixed wireless connection and various Internet of Things devices near the building.
The illustration would indicate the following opportunities:
-Internet access to one or multiple tenants
-Micro data centers: deployment of servers in the basement of the building and the creation of a micro data center
-Roof-mounted cellular towers / antennas
-Internet of Things technology: a "gateway" deployed on the roof or in-building collecting IOT data
-Small cells in-building (show a cellular signal)
-Last-mile connectivity: show various fiber lines going into the building
-Riser management: show snippet of a riser in the building
-Fixed wireless / microwave from the top of the building to a another location
-Data analytics & advertising: show multiple stick figures in the lobby and collecting analytics
The image should be more of an business-facing infographic than a consumer-facing illustration.
The idea is present a variety of investment opportunities.
