Graphic Design Work - Improve a game playing card with text

I am building a playing card game to play with my kids. I need a card that has dimensions of 2500 pixels (width) x 3500 pixels (height). I need a card with 3 things. 1) It needs a background. 2) Text explaining. 3) And a gold earn amount Background: - A nice border around the edge. - A nice color that you can read text easy and is pleasing to the eye. - The main thing is the text so the background can't be too distracting. Text Explaining: Roll 5 or more dice Earn 3 or more gold Use an instant or an upgrade Attack opponent with 1 or more damage Use 2 or more instants Use more characters than your opponent Kill 2 or more characters Attack with 3 or more characters Use an upgrade Fight with 4 or more (characters, instants or upgrade) Gold Earn Amount Earn 1 gold Earn 2 gold Earn 3 gold Earn 4 gold I want each item in its own png file. I want a frame for each item. I can then add or remove the items that I need. I am sending an example. I want this example to look better. Can you improve this?
