** POSITION PURPOSE • Support MM in ensuring content compliance of brand language, corporate tone of voice in all external content materials of Luxury Travel in all channels, both online and offline • Create content for online including websites, travel blog, social media, SEO/link building, press releases, newsletters, videos • Create content for offline channels such as printed brochures, flyers, advertisements • Copywrite Luxury Travel’ product itineraries • Support MM in creating and maintaining a network of external content contributors, including travel bloggers, journalists for content contribution to increase Luxury Travel’ brand awareness & support SEO ** Brand content compliance • Ensure the consistency in brand language and corporate tone of voice for Luxury Travel’ offline content materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements etc. • Manage the consistency in brand language and corporate tone of voice across online channels, including websites, social media, newsletters, online PR etc. ** Content management 1. Online channels: • Create content in accordance with social media strategy, content marketing strategy, website content strategy • Responsible for day-to-day content management and community engagement for social media channels and Travel Blog • Support Digimar Exec to create content for various SEO link building tactics to contribute to long-term organic growth of Luxury Travel’ website • Editing consumers and trade newsletters • Support communication team for writing of PR material eg: press release, advertorial • In charge of social media and online PR campaigns 2. Offline channels: • Copyediting offline materials, including brochures for trade partners, in-destination, tour desks; flyers, and other printed advertising materials • Proofread before printing 3. Luxury Travel’ products content: • Copyediting product itineraries, website and other channels that follow the company’s writing style guideline and corporate tone of voice • Liaise with Manager to ensure style guide before publishing ** Content contributors management • Support Manager to develop and maintain relationship with freelance writer, travel influencer and journalists for content contribution in writing blogs, online articles to boost Luxury Travel brand awareness and SEO. • Manage content contributors including copywriters and bloggers in projects employing them Requirements: ● Effective cross-functional team work ● People management & project management. ● Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills ● Excellent communication and writing skills with a high level of attention to details ● Able to demonstrate high level of integrity ● Possess a proactive and forward thinking working style ● Able to work independently and in a team ● Ability to meet tight deadline Benefits: Good prospects for career progression Professional, dynamic working environment Visit our website: [login to view URL]
