location tracking API for exiting website

need some one very experience on that, scenario: I company which have 30-40 agents they fill their daily work reports over weportal by using individual login uname & password. agents have daily predefine schedule to visit customer on several roots(locations). we needs some one can developed for use root location tracking system or integrated that with our existing website. so admin easily track each agents visiting like something over google map or else. off course we know this how this is possible with only website, you can development some thing mobile app so we put it on agents android phone and it send us(in our data base ) data latitudes and cordinet. and finaly needs it over web portal by graphycally like Google my of his visiting root
