m looking for a .net programmer, to handle a long term relationship with me to maintain and manage various .net projects that we inherit from other programmers. This will be a per task relationship (and not monthly package). The programmer will be given existing source code/databases and will need to continue the project from there. Im looking at the following aspects 1. .net /mvc, SQL experience 2. experience with unicode/utf languages (with guidance from me) 3. Ability to work with tight deadlines. 4. Maintain NDA and other confidentiality. To ensure that i have the right person on board with me, i will be assigning a small initial project which i have the source code+db (from a previous team) and the person will need to do some upgrades. You will need to quote me on this project at the minimum, with immediate delivery time. Work for this project will start tomorrow, if approved.
