Hi, you could build the site entirely on the side. Once finished, you may or may not require help to upload the files to the server. Is not normal to give away your passwords, and you may just require the web site files then upload yourself. But, if databases, like SQL are in use then testing is needed, but you should have agreed this beforehand. Well good luck, search in stackoverflow for more advice. This one is free!
